EU market entry documents and requirements study at Wageningen University

Pan-European study on EU entry documents and requirements

The first complete study of mandatory documents and requirements for foods to enter the European Union market was carried out at the Food Law group of Wageningen University in the Netherlands, in collaboration with EU Food Comply. The study is the first complete EU-wide study of its type and overviews food regulatory and technical requirements for marketing industrial foods in the European Union. Its purpose is to clearly establish requirements to help food businesses reduce EU entry problems, delays, reduce costs and mistakes. The study will serve to facilitate food trade into and within the European Union and between Member States. Responsible for the study is Dr. Cecilia Kuhn. Contact.
