Background: Dr. Ward has more than 20 years of experience in the food industry. He has been VP Research & Development for Sara Lee/Douwe Egberts in the Netherlands; Product Development Director at Danone for dairy products in Central and Eastern Europe; and has worked for Reckitt Benckiser and for Unilever developing products for China, Brazil, Indonesia and Eastern European markets. Degrees: Dr. Ward studied chemistry in the UK, received his B.Sc. from the University of Nottingham, and his M.Sc. and Ph.D. degrees from the University of Bristol.
